TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CRUISE – BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL

  • All bookings are taken subject to weather conditions being suitable (captains discretion) and having adequate passenger numbers to depart.
  • All bookings will require at least one contact phone number and a credit card number as security.
  • Credit card numbers are taken to secure all bookings, they will not be charged unless your group fails to show up on the day. For groups that do not have a credit card and have a group of 10 or more people we will require a 50 % deposit to secure booking, paid in cash or via bank deposit.
  • If a tour date is cancelled due to weather,  your tour will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience to both parties. Refunds will only be done at the managements discretion.
  • Please ensure that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make the tour you have booked or the numbers of your group change. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full price for the original booked number of passengers. Extra passengers on the day will not be able to be accommodated (subject to the captains discretion)
  • All persons booked on to a tour must check in at the boat at least 15 minutes prior to the boats departure. We do not wait for latecomers.
  • All payments can either be made by credit card, cash or bank deposit.  Failure to lodge a deposit will lead to a cancellation of the booking.
  • Any passenger using a flash camera (therefore causing damage and distress to the penguins) will have their camera confiscated till the end of the cruise when it will be returned to them.
  • Any person intoxicated shall not be permitted to board vessel.
  • Any damage made, or equipment loss during the cruise will incur costs that will be deducted from credit card directly or persons responsible.
  • In the event of misconduct or persons putting safety at risk, our captain may make sure offenders disembark or shorten duration of cruise without refund payable.
    No sparklers, Fire works, party poppers, glitter or confetti on board.
