TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CRUISE – BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL

  • All bookings are taken subject to weather conditions being suitable (captains discretion).  Extra passengers on the day will not be accommodated without prior discussion.
  • Passengers need to be at departure point 15mins prior to departure.
  • A deposit of $500 is payable on booking the charter to secure your booking, the balance is payable 7 days prior to the charter.
  • Should a cancellation occur after 7 days of a deposit being paid no refund will be returned unless a replacement charter is booked.
  • Any person intoxicated shall not be permitted to board vessel.
  • Any damage made, or equipment loss during the charter will incur costs that will be deducted from bond or persons responsible.
  • Bond refund if applicable will be repaid 7 days after the charter.
  • In the event of misconduct or persons putting safety at risk our captain may make sure offenders disembark or shorten duration of charter without refund payable.
  • No sparklers, fire works, party poppers, glitter or confetti on board.
